Departments within Rangers
The Rangers have a Special day called Crafting Day. This is where for several weeks we gather items belonging to a certain skill set and then donate them to the crafting head in order to craft them all when the gathering is complete. This allows Rangers to Raise their skill levels in the said skill. Those who participate will receive a percentage of half the money collected and the person who collets the most will a larger percentage of the total given. Half of the rest of the money goes to the path and the other half back to those who helped out.
Currently, the Rangers are Running a Gemming Day.

Yes, yes! It's that time again. Most of you know how our craftin days work, but if you don't heres a quick overview!
o - All Rangers collect AMBERS ((for a few weeks)) and donate the amber to KITTIE!
o- When you donate, mail -CORA- (I'll remind you). You get -double- participation points for donating for crafting days.
o- On Gemcutting day, -all- Rangers, no matter skill level, get to cut the ambers we have collected. (Alts may be accepted.. talk to me)
o- After gemcutting day day, the ambers will be sold. The money will be divided as follows:
10% Top Donor
45% Ranger Path
45% Spilt among all the Rangers who
donated/crafted
Example:
We make 3million.
300k to top donor
1.35m to path
1.35m to rangers.. 10 rangers = 135k each.
Dates:
Collection - Now till gemcutting day
Smelting day - Saturday TBA (usually 2 times ... am and pm)
