We are the keepers of all the knowledge of the world.

The In`Suls have been around for many Yuri's, from the beginning of King Yuri's reign, In`Suls have been found and have been known for their skills. It comes a time where we are needed for those specific skills, such as interrogations, confessions, poisons, and even love potions.

The In`Suls have always aided those truly in need of help.
The abilities of an In`Sul range, from the properties and
scents of a flower, to the precise ingredients of potions.

In`Suls will always be needed, and always be around to help those in need.

Structure of In'Sul:
1. Head-master : In'sul leader (guide) Master forager
2. Masters : In'sul skill asssistants (guide/guide in training) Master forager
3. Task chiefs : In'sul members (guide assistant) Winter forager
4. Members : In'sul members (walkers)

Tasks
1. Herbalism : flora/fauna/mineral knowledge gathering
2. Alchemy : making potions
3. Foraging : resource gathering
4. Hunting : organizing ranger hunts, help deciding locations depending on required resources, organizing events
5. Crafting : "crafting days"
6. Politician : communication point toward other departments (1 person)

Each division chief will have to report directly to a master or the head master with weekly reports on the activities. (This can be done under form of meetings or mail)

Each Master will have to make a weekly report on the activities in his tasks and include the number of people they're teaching.

The head-master will analyze the master's reports and adjust workload.

Politics :
- Resource-gathering unit for in and out of path needs.
- Neutral towards all organizations outside of the path
- Friendly toward all inside path organizations (reduced prices etc.)
- Politician will work closely with the ambassadors for out of path politics and get at least a monthly meeting to analyze demand for services of In'sul and evaluate the possibility of offering service with head-master
- Gathered resources will count for a 50% participation towards the members and a 50% participation towards the path at all times. (if In'sul sells for 1million coins : 500k for path, 500k/number of walkers participating or exchange for "work points" (10k = 5 points), if you don't donate the resources you get 5 points per 100k you helped gather.

Crafting :
Only needed in crafting days.

Hunting :
At least two Hunt hosts, can be on an inter-element platform. One event host. Hunting/Event participation will count as 5-work points. Hosting as 10.

Foraging :
Gathering resources in function of external (ex. wood for arrow sale) or internal needs (ex. event prizes for Foraging) This also includes teaching the skills.

Alchemy :
Creating potions for various needs. Using the databases provided by the Herbalists you decide which ingredients go into a potion to create a desired effect. Used to heal the sick, poison the enemies,...

Herbalism :
Information gatherers. An information database will be made with the name of each plant, animal and mineral. They will contain a brief description of the item, where it can be found and what the effects are.

Quests :
Quest-creation : 10 work-points (except chief)
Quest-completion : 5 work-points

Rewards :
50 points : Fabled trowel
150 points : Skill upgrade without trial (applies only for spring->winter)
250 points : Demon dagger
1 season as a chief : Fabled trowel

Each member of In'sul can do any of the described tasks, however you can only be "chief" of one task at a time. Master and chief can be combined for the time being. If the tasks need to be implemented gradually that doesn't matter. Each position will have a very small part of paperwork : Ex. Hunt host sends report to Hunting chief, Hunting chief sends grouped reports to Master or Head-master. Task chiefs will be chosen by the group of active members at the monthly meetings.

Each task will imply a responsability :
Member : complete one thing for one task every yuri
Chief : Create at least 1 quest per week (checked by master)
Master : Create at least 1 roleplay plot a month (checked by head-master)
Head-master : Create at least 2 quests and 1 roleplay plot a month, delegate skill trials to skill assistants.
