Departments: Scouts
Much like most subpaths within the lands, Rangers typically accept new students who seek to walk and learn the path of a Ranger. These students are referred to as being Ranger Scouts. Guides within Rangers are each required to maintain a decent number of scouts and all scouts are trained to the fullest degree. A person seeking the ranger path, regardless of they once walked it or not goes through a level of training dependant upon their knowledge of the path. However, all former rangers who wish to return must first face a guide vote to determine if they are sincere in their wishes to return to the path. Abandonment of Rangers is not taken lightly as it is a way of life not just a subpath.
Scout Training is currently managed by RiaDora
This department is responsible for keeping scout lists from each guide to include the scouts start date, name, trial they are on, and percent completed/trial number. They will then keep track of scout progress and ensure each scout is trained both adequately and without neglect. This department will also provide a list for all walkers to view to ensure that no potentials are trained who may cause grief or havoc within the path. Guides should post their scout lists once per week so that accurate records may be maintained. They will also ensure that all returning rangers and infamous people are voted on.

~ Ensure no potentially disasterous scouts are trained
~ Hold Votes for Returning Rangers and those of interest
