Departments: Skills
A Ranger places value on 7 basic skills and through a rangers training as a scout, and to be continued as walker, a Ranger trains in each skill under the guidance of a skill instructor. The Skills department is where these instructors are trained and recruited as well as where the skills are updated and honed to the highest degree.
Skills are currently maintained by RiaDora and Oakseer
This department is responsible for ensuring there are enough teachers for each skill. They will ensure that all skills are adequately being taught by the skill teachers and most importantly maintain enough teachers to meet path demands. This department will maintain skill training by keeping skill requests and trials running smoothly and ensuring gross oversights do not occur. Skill department will also aid the trainers and offer advice in how to rewrite skills if it is determined that a rewrite is necessary.
Goals:
~ Ensure that guides who are listed to be training ARE
~ Maintain and hire enough Skill assistants
~ Ensure trials are given fairly
~ Help advise when skills need rewriting
~ Ensure requests for skills are being met
